PROGRAMME POST-TRAITEMENTS : L’OQPAC tient à vous informer qu’elle débute les inscriptions pour une cohorte d'été de Cancer Transitions . Le programme de 6 semaines, destiné aux personnes qui ont terminé leurs traitements actifs, est unique au Québec. Il fait intervenir des professionnels en nutrition, en kinésiologie, en travail social et en oncologie.
